Burke Arts Council Awards $14,000 In Grassroots Grants
On February 7, the Burke Arts Council awarded approximately $14,000 in grants to nonprofit organizations for support of their work involving art programs in the community. The funds were made available through a Grassroots Grant from the North Carolina Arts Council to the Burke Arts Council and will be matched dollar for dollar by the organizations. All projects will benefit citizens of Burke County.
“We are pleased to support the work of organizations that enrich our community through the arts.
